What is it:

Taken from the Rug Doctor Website; Rug Doctor's cleaning power in a handy packet of disposable wipes. Perfect for any quick stain removal clean ups.

How we tested it:

We acquired the Spot and Stain Remover Wipes as part of a range of Rug Doctor products we are trialling as we imagined them to be the perfect product to keep in your vehicle for any emergency spillages whilst out and about in the car. We largely looked at the effectiveness of stain removal, ease of use and value offered.

We Liked:

• Convenient small package which you could keep inside a vehicle glovebox or similar.
• Easy to use, disposable wipes.
• Effective for stain removal of drinks, small stains etc.
• Good value for a pack of 20 wipes.

We Didn't Like:

• Could do with wipes being a bit tougher. When trying to scrub at the stained area, rather than scrub they have a habit of folding up on themselves.

Overall

We shouldn't drink a coffee on the go in our car but we all do it. Inevitably, you will one day spill said coffee, staining your nice interior upholstery! These wipes from Rug Doctor are an ideal thing to keep in a vehicle for such situations and could avoid a nasty stain requiring more work and get rid of the affected area quickly and easily. From a valeting trade perspective, whilst you may consider this a product more for home use, it would still be a most useful option to have. Use it to access more intricate areas of seats such as joins and crevices where liquid may have been spilt and stained and as a potential fast clean option for mini valets and the like.
