What is it?

Power Maxed Upholstery Cleaner is a high strength, fast acting, deep cleaning formula, which will remove dirt, stains and odours from all types of upholstery including fabric, leather and carpets leaving a fresh clean fragrance.

How we Tested it?

We tested the upholstery cleaner both as a spot cleaner for isolated stains on upholstery and leather and for cleaning larger areas in conjunction with a wet extraction vacuum. We looked for both the effectiveness of the product and its ease of usespeed of use.

We Liked:

• Having a ready to use upholstery cleaner is very useful for isolated stains.
• Simple to use, spray, wait 5 minutes and wipe excess away.
• We found it particularly useful for cleaning sensitive areas such as the headlining in cars where oversaturation can cause issues.
• Smells lovely, leaves a very pleasant clean scent behind.
• Amazing value for 500ml of the product.

We Didn't Like

• Not as effective on heavy soiling as dedicated concentrated carpet shampoos.
• Not ideal for large area cleaning as quite a lot of product is required.

Overall:

For the value offered this product is a no brainer. It often saves getting the wet vac out and putting the effort into agitating and extracting stained areas by simply allowing you to spray and wipe. We particularly find the product came into its own on headlining areas and smaller areas of upholstery such as door cards and centre consoles and will now be an ever present in our kit for this reason alone. We also like the effectiveness of the product as a leather cleaner, acting quickly and effectively on soiling.
