Power Maxed describe the product as follows.

Power Maxed Quick Detailer will safely remove light dirt, unsightly fingerprints, water spots, bird droppings and even tree sap without having to wash your car without streaks. It will also reduce bugs and debris from sticking to your surfaces, It is even safe for use on your windows! Try it! Safe on all exterior surfaces, use this product between washes and waxes and enhance your paint protection. Long lasting protection and water beading action.

How we Tested it?

We were sent a range of products by the great guys at Power Maxed to trial and review for them. We have since got through 2 litres of their quick detailer using it on all manner of things from door shuts and wheels to a final step in details and to remove blemishes from a finish.

We Liked:

• Great value! At £12.99 you receive a litre of product unlike the 500-750ml usually in this price bracket.
• Good cleaning properties, we found it great for using to remove light soiling from door shuts and where we put our powdered glove hands all over a vehicle!
• Leaves a nice slick finish on paintwork giving a waxed look.

We Didn't like:

• The bottle feels cheap. Maybe because it is! But compared to rival products it feels a little flimsy and not quite as up market.
• We didn't like the smell of the product. It isn't an offensive smell, we just didn't particularly like it when so many of Power Maxed products smell great.
• Can be quite smeary but could be over application.

Overall:

A good value detailing spray that fits well into the Power Maxed range and will certainly perform the task you require of it. We feel that a slight rebrand of the product in terms of packaging and smell would be worthwhile as well as possibly a 500ml offering as it can feel a little clumsy to use. You certainly won't be left disappointed by the results of the detailer as it definitely leaves a noticeable gloss to paintwork and if you are a fan of Power Maxed products, chances are you will also like this!
