What is it?

It has been designed to give the cleaning power and the finish required by those with the highest standards. Frequent use acid free alloy wheel cleaner has been specifically formulated as a milder option than traditional acid when cleaning & degreasing wheels. Works by penetrating and breaking down soil particles on the wheel surface. Oil & grease dispersal properties will accelerate the cleaning process. Formulated as a frequent use wheel cleaner product.

How we Tested it?

We tested the product as a concentrate as stated it could be used. Diluting 2:1 with water, we used the product on a variety of vehicle wheels both using as a touchless clean and agitating heavy soiling on some wheels.

We Liked:

• Wheel cleaners smell terrible. It is accepted due to the high power needed from the cleaner. This smells great! A real pleasure to use.
• Impressive performance for a cleaner that can be diluted 2:1 with water, we sprayed on a variety of wheels and with minimal agitation were able to rinse to a clean wheel.
• Superb value with 5 Litres available for £14.99. Add the fact it can be further diluted and it is probably the best value wheel cleaner we have used.
• Non acidic, gentle formula gives you confidence to use on delicate finishes.

We Didn't like:

• Struggled with some heavier soiling but as name of product suggests, this is more aimed at wheels which are regularly cleaned.
• Rinse the product from wheels quickly. We found that after cleaning all four wheels, the soiling on the first wheel had almost dried and bonded back to the wheel. After switching to cleaning one wheel then rinsing, the performance was much better.

Overall:

After being sent a sample of this product, we committed to buying 5 litres of the product. As trade users, this is a fantastic value maintenance product to have in our arsenal. Having said that, it goes further than this and does pack a punch with some impressive cleaning power. Combined with a great smell which is rare for wheel cleaners, we reckon it is well worth your while buying this product even if used alongside a stronger cleaner for time when soiling is light to moderate. Very Impressed.
