What is it:

Deathless Detailing themselves describe the product as follows; Deathless Detailing Tyre Gel is a great shine product, that is easy on easy off with a great wet look!

How we tested it:

We were kindly sent a sample of the tyre gel from the team at Deathless Detailing which we have been utilising on our own personal vehicle to get a sense of durability and finish as well as ease of application.

We Liked:

• Smells great which isn't common for a tyre dressing.
• Leaves a very rich, deep black shine to tyres which can be adjusted with wiping surface for a softer finish.
• Reasonable durability in darkening appearance although initial shine was quickly lost.
• Decent value for money.

We Didn't Like:

• Quite a grabby, very thick formula to apply.
• We found ourselves using more than we would expect to get a good coverage.
• Initial shine diminished quite quickly.

Overall:

Deathless Detailing are quite a new brand on the detailing scene and one which are actually very local to us down at Trusted Car Products so we were keen to try out their range. The Tyre Gel was a good place to start as it can be quite a difficult product to get right. Too much shine can often mean too much sling and lower shine products can often not really tickle the pickle of many. In appearance this is a very nice product, with adjustable levels of gloss by varying application method. We just found it a little clumsy to use. The gel almost seemed too thick and clung as we tried to spread the product. Still, the results are good and it does last, if losing the initial shine, as a noticeable dresseddarkened tyre.
