What is it?

Autobrite describe the product as follows; Endurance Trim & Tyre Gel is a unique special formula, designed as a super durable gel tyre, rubber and plastic dressing that gives an as new finish to your exterior trim. You can vary the finish from satin to gloss by simply applying more coats for more gloss. Berry scented and easy to use, you simply couldn't ask for a better Tyre & Trim Gel

How we Tested it:

We recently acquired 500ml of Endurance amongst other Autobrite Direct products to trial. We have used Endurance on tyres, trim and rubber areas observing a variety of factors such as ease of application, appearance and overall performance.

We Liked:

• Stylish looking packaging with a useful spouted top for distributing the amount required.
• Lovely finish on tyres, not overly glossy but a very nice sheen giving a real new tyre appearance.
• Great on trim which is rare for dual purpose products. Left a great finish on all surfaces which we tried it upon.
• Amazing scent makes the product an absolute joy to use. You genuinely look forward to using it for its scent.
• Good durability. Still performing strongly on tyres after many miles.

We Didn't like:

• Very greasy product, one of the most greasy we have used. Definitely wear gloves and take care not to get in areas other than desired.
• Not cheap. At £12.00 for 500ml, this is one of the more expensive dressings on the market.
• We found it washed off our rubber trim quite quickly and left streaky residue on the glass around the trim.

Overall:

A serious performer from Autobrite which is a genuine multi purpose product. When you consider this aspect, the £12 doesn't look quite so steep. We must admit that we have found ourselves reaching for Endurance time and time again and really enjoy using it. Yes it takes slightly longer to use than some due to its gel consistency and greasiness of the product but it rewards you with a genuine wow factor results wise and makes you return to it repeatedly with its alluring scent. A product that we will be purchasing again and highly recommend.
