What is it?

Alien Magic describe their glass cleaner as follows;

Diamond is the perfect cleaner to cuts through dirt and grime with ease leaving glass, plastic and mirrors sparklingly clean and streak free. The easy to use formula is ammonia free so its safe on tinted windows and will not leave a harsh smell, just spray on and wipe off, easily removing unwanted grime and grease.

Diamonds abrasive free formula will not leave marks on your vehicles rubber surfaces and is completely dust repellent thanks to its anti-static properties. Its the ideal solution to In-car and navigation screens, TFT and LCD screens. Rapid evaporation of the product, even in damp conditions, leaves a completely clean surface making this the must have product for professional vehicle detailers and enthusiasts alike.

How we Tested it:

We first discovered Diamond in the fantastic BecauseRaceCar Subscription box service, where we were so impressed we purchased a further 2x 500ml bottles of the products for testing. We have tested the product on a variety of interior and exterior glass surfaces including sat nav and entertainment screens, dials and in damp conditions which the cleaner states it is suited for.

We Liked:

• A tiny amount goes a really long way, couple of light mists per window will usually suffice.
• Excellent cleaning power. Makes light work of glass cleaning.
• Almost impossible to streak. Crystal clear finish.
• Smells lovely and fresh. No harsh chemical smell.
• Genuinely works in damp conditions. We also used it over an already wet window to really test it and it performed well.

We didn't like:

• There are cheaper options on the market, mainly in 5 litre form.

Overall

A superb glass cleaner that really impressed us with its usability. Nothing seemed to be able to stop the product from time after time delivering streak free, crystal clear results. Yes, there are concentrates and cheaper alternatives on the market but for us, with glass cleaning being one of the most frustrating parts of a detail, if a product works quickly and effectively, is it worth the premium? We think so. Particularly when not overly more expensive. A stylish, consistent performer.
